The location was excellent and amazing as a sanctuary and a church were close to the hotel. The property was close to Lourdes downtown. The good onsite restaurant had a wide array of food...

All in all a such great stay, the venue exceeded all expectations. Fairly clean place, staff was friendly. Overall it was modest and fairly quiet with balcony.

I truly enjoyed neat and soundproof rooms with kitchen. Everywhere there was fairly clean. The staff were lovely, the location was wonderful.

Some of the rooms were reasonably spacious and absolutely perfect. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, I slept like a baby. Location: the hotel was short walk to the sanctuary and the grotto, the Lourdes central station, bus/train and numerous shops and restaurants. Spent a nice evening at Casa Italia, located close to the venue.

Very special retreat, I did not want to leave there.

the location was perfect - just a short walk away from the sanctuary. It made it so convenient to visit and explore. Secondly, the rooms were lovely. I stayed in a room on the bottom floor with a private bathroom and even a kitchen. It was so convenient to have those amenities. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious. I particularly loved the tasty croissants that were served. this hotel provided great value for money and had all the basic amenities I needed for a comfortable stay.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. the location is perfect, being just 200 meters away from the Sanctuary. It was so convenient to be able to walk to the religious site and experience its peacefulness. Secondly, the staff were really attentive and friendly, particularly Elizabeth - the owner. She went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable, even helping me arrange transportation to the airport. Lastly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with a private bathroom and even a balcony on the main street. I also really enjoyed the delicious breakfast with tasty croissants. this hotel provided great value for money and attention to detail.

Despite our delayed flight and missing luggage, the host, Elizabeth, went above and beyond to assist us in resolving the issue. The house itself was clean and comfortable, with a lovely atmosphere. Breakfast was delicious, and we appreciated the self-service option. Elizabeth's knowledge and stories about Lourdes added to our overall experience. We highly recommend staying at this hidden gem. an excellent choice for our visit to Lourdes.

Convenient location & Good breakfast

Stayed here for a business trip. The hotel is located near to the main train station and that helped me a lot. I also appreciate the free breakfast as it's difficult to find a breakfast place nearby in the early morning. The hotel staff was polite and always willing to help.

The room was not up to the mark and did not meet my expectations. The bed was uncomfortable and the bathroom was in poor condition.

This hotel was a great value for the price. The attention to detail was impressive, with rooms on the bottom floor equipped with a private bathroom and balcony. The location was perfect, just 200 meters from the Sanctuary. The breakfast spread was delicious, with freshly baked croissants that were a real treat.
